Chia Seed Pudding is so easy to make, it’s creamy and it’s super nutritious. You’re whole family will love this recipe and all the different ways you can make chia seed pudding.
1/4 cup Chia seeds
1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons of maple syrup (honey or sweetener of choice)
Pour the milk into a mason jar or bowl
Add the Chia seeds.
Cover and shake until mixed well. (or stir well and cover with plactic wrap if using a bowl)
Let sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours, more is better and best is overnight.
Remove from the fridge, divide into two dishes (or 4 small).
Garnish with cinnamon, sweetener and sliced fruit.
